I thought for a long time how to explain "Quality". "Quality" is a single word. But, the meaning that the questioner considers is various. Word "Quality" has a very wide meaning. And, the judgment of the quality changes according to the standard of the person who sees the DVDs. I brought the result of the idea together in the follows for the time being.
1.Media I am using DVD-R made of a Japanese manufacturer now. (TDK, MAXEL, etc.) Moreover, the surface of the board is printed on one polite piece a piece. The seal is not stuck. After processing the copy, I do the verify processing without fail to prevent the error generation.
2.Image The content of one volume is a set of various short stories. The one with a not good quality image exists unusually according to the production time of the short story. However, the one not seen at all doesn't exist. The one not good quality is enumerated as follows. (1)Old works are recorded on analog tapes. The source is deteriorated at time. There are a few noises in those works. (2)There are some things with bad original production environment in the works. (quantities of light shortage by incomplete lighting etc.) (3)In some works, the staff is operating the still camera while the video camera is working. Therefore, the flash light and the shutter sound have mixed with those works. About 40% or 50% corresponds in the work that has been released now. DDOS is a series with the best image quality.
3.Make of Content The person has each subjective standard. Quality is determined by a relative judgment according to each standard. Therefore, It is very difficult to present an objective rating or a universal evaluation here. Those who produce judge that all works are the best, and release them. However, the customer doesn't necessarily have the same evaluation as those who produce. I think the best method is that the customer actually sees DVDs, and judge their quality individually to the way of most adult video works.
Anyway, I always think that I want to produce the work of the high quality in limited budget, time, and environment.
